The Willow Park Charity Golf Classic is looking for volunteers for the 2024 edition. The tournament is a 3 day event, with a Sponsors day Tuesday July 16th, and the main tournament running Wednesday & Thursday July 17 & 18th. All volunteers must be available for full days as roles are assigned to you. Below is a list of volunteer positions needed

• Scoring Assistant - each playing 4some is assigned a scoring assistant whose role is to track each players score on a hole by hole basis to ensure accuracy with scoring. Full day both Wednesday & Thursday.36 volunteers needed
• Hole Spotter - the hole spotter monitors each Par 3 for hole-in-one shots. Your assignment is to verify IF a hole-in-one has been made. This is a requirement of hole-in-one insurance. Full day both Wednesday & Thursday. 5-6 volunteers needed
• Sponsors Day - Greeting sponsors and assisting in set up. Can be shared with the registration role as well. Full day Tuesday. 3-4 volunteers needed
• Registration - Greeting players and distributing tee gifts. Assist organizers where needed. Full day Wednesday. 3-4 volunteers needed
